TRIKIDZ BIATHLON CLINIC AND RACE 2010

This is a 2-day event, the first day (Saturday) will be our Biathlon Clinic whereby our triathlon coaches will be teaching the kids everything they need to know about biathlon especially the proper techniques, training, nutrition and race tactics. Then on the second day (Sunday) will be the TriKidz Biathlon Race where everything that was taught on Saturday will be applied in a real biathlon race. By the end of this weekend your child will have the right to brag about being a BIATHLETE, which is no easy task.

-Welcoming speech from TriKidz
-Short session with participants and parents (introducing the sport, distance and route).
-Introduction to the International Triathlon Union (ITU) certified coaches & Warm up session
10:00AM-11:30AM
-Clinic starts. Basic and Intermediate skills in Biathlon: Swim-Run and Transition area. Break in between disciplines
-Mock-up race situation
